My name is Chad Southworth, and I am a native of Lexington, Kentucky. Growing up, I was actively involved in managing my family’s property. I helped maintain a private golf course. This early exposure led to four years of experience in various landscaping tasks and field repairs while working on a mowing crew. In 2019, I established my own LLC, investing in equipment and obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance. I provide both landscaping and lawn maintenance services, detailed below. Lawn Maintenance
My process involves mowing, weedeating, edging, and blowing off the hardscapes of the entire property.
Trimming/ Cleaning
My process involves trimming, cutting down, removing hedges, bushes, or trees and cleaning up all the debris afterwards and hauling it off. I also clean gutters out as well.
Installation/ Removal
My process involves designing, picking up, removing, installing, or hauling off plants, bushes, or trees from your property. I can install gutter guards for you and advise you on brands. I can design, build, and install a new flower bed, walkway, french drain, or patio for you too.

How much would you charge to mow my yard?
Yards start at $40 for the smallest yards out there. More weedeating, edging, obstacles to mow around, or a larger lawn affect the rate. Also mowing less frequently like every other week costs more as well.

How much would you charge to clean out my gutters?
Cleaning out residential gutters usually costs about $75 to $150 depending on the length of gutters, severity of the job, height/stories of the house, and how dangerous the job is.

I have a problem in my yard but I’m not sure how I want to fix it. Can you help me figure out a good solution?
